1. Scope and Acceptance

DIYVDO is operated by OPTIMYSTIX DIGITECH PVT LTD. References to “DIYVDO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean OPTIMYSTIX DIGITECH PVT LTD. and the DIYVDO services it operates.

This Privacy Policy applies to the DIYVDO website, login system, creator workspace, account profile, asset history, generation tools, CDN uploads, prompt optimization, image generation, video generation, and related support or administrative services that link to this Policy.

By using DIYVDO, you acknowledge that we will process information as described in this Policy. If you use DIYVDO on behalf of a company, production team, agency, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide information and use the Services on that organization’s behalf.

DIYVDO is a private AI film creation platform. You should only upload scripts, images, videos, audio, references, prompts, or other assets that you have the right to use.

2. Data We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the platform and which features are enabled for your account.

Category Examples Why It Is Collected
Account and login data Usernames, passwords or password verification data, session information, account status, profile indicator, assigned balance, and sheet column/account mapping. To authenticate users, restrict access, display account state, prevent unauthorized use, and maintain account balances.
Creative input data Prompts, optimized prompts, scripts, storyboard notes, uploaded images, uploaded videos, uploaded audio, character references, style references, location references, product references, and other materials you provide. To provide AI generation, character continuity, reference locking, prompt optimization, storyboard workflow, and asset history features.
Generated output data Images, videos, asset URLs, CDN links, output type, model name, duration, final prompt, input references, start-frame images, and generation metadata. To show outputs, support downloads, store history, charge balances, troubleshoot generations, and keep production records for your account.
Balance and transaction data Balance amounts, generation costs, prompt optimization costs, debit events, timestamps, model used, asset type, and generation notes. To operate the credit/balance system, prevent misuse, provide account history, and reconcile usage.
Technical and usage data IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, request logs, error logs, upload status, generation status, and performance data. To secure the service, diagnose issues, improve reliability, maintain compatibility, and understand platform usage.
Communications Messages, support requests, feedback, contact information, and any information you voluntarily send to us. To respond to requests, provide support, improve the platform, and maintain business records.

3. How We Use Data

We use information for the following purposes:

  • To create, authenticate, secure, and manage user sessions and private access.
  • To provide script-aware, prompt-based, image-based, and video-based AI generation features.
  • To upload, store, display, and retrieve generated assets and user-provided reference assets.
  • To optimize prompts and support continuity workflows such as character locks, style locks, and reference reuse.
  • To calculate and deduct usage costs from account balances.
  • To maintain asset history and production records for the logged-in account.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and violations of platform terms.
  • To debug, monitor, maintain, test, and improve the website and related systems.
  • To communicate with users about access, support, security, platform changes, and administrative updates.
  • To comply with law, enforce agreements, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Contractual necessity: to provide the DIYVDO workspace, account access, generation tools, balance tracking, and asset history.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, improve, debug, analyze, and operate the platform, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: where you choose to upload assets, request prompt optimization, opt into optional communications, or use features that require your permission.
  • Legal obligations: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law, tax, accounting, safety, security, or law-enforcement obligations.

5. AI and Creative Processing

DIYVDO uses third-party and internal workflow components to process prompts, references, uploaded assets, and generated outputs. This may include image generation, reference-guided image generation, video generation, prompt optimization, CDN upload, status polling, and asset publication.

Your creative inputs may be transmitted to AI model providers, hosting providers, CDN/storage providers, and related service providers only as needed to provide the requested feature. For example, a prompt and uploaded start-frame image may be sent to a video generation endpoint, and a generated output may be stored on a CDN so it can be viewed, downloaded, and recorded in your asset history.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them, and for ensuring that your inputs and outputs comply with applicable laws and rights.

6. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers: hosting, CDN, cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, prompt optimization providers, analytics, security, support, and technical vendors that help operate DIYVDO.
  • Account and administrative systems: spreadsheets, account ledgers, logging tools, and internal dashboards used to validate users, balances, and asset history.
  • Professional advisors: lawyers, auditors, accountants, consultants, or insurers where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety reasons: courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or third parties when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the public, the service, or our legal rights.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.
  • At your direction: when you download, publish, share, or otherwise disclose generated assets or CDN URLs outside DIYVDO.

7. Data Storage and Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide DIYVDO, maintain account records, display asset history, secure the platform, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and support legitimate business operations.

Generated assets, CDN URLs, prompts, reference data, and generation metadata may remain available in account history until deleted, overwritten, expired by storage rules, or removed through an administrative process. Some logs, transaction records, security records, and backup copies may be retained for longer where required for security, legal, accounting, or operational purposes.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, session controls, secure transport, limited administrative access, logging, provider-side controls, and operational monitoring.

No website, network, storage system, AI workflow, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for avoiding upload of highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential third-party information unless you have authority and a clear need to do so.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is processed. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.

To protect accounts and creative assets, we may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Some information may not be deleted immediately if retention is required for security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform-integrity reasons.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

DIYVDO may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember interface state, store local element references, protect sessions, support security, measure performance, and improve the user experience.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but some platform features may not work properly without them, including login sessions, account state, and local workspace preferences.

11. Children and Minors

DIYVDO is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or older where required by local law. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may use DIYVDO only with appropriate parent, guardian, school, or organizational authorization, where applicable.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. International Transfers

DIYVDO may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including through cloud, CDN, AI, and support providers. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards designed to protect transferred information.

13. Third-Party Services

DIYVDO may link to or integrate third-party services, AI providers, hosting systems, payment or balance systems, storage providers, spreadsheets, and external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before using external services or sharing information through them.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, business operations, or privacy practices. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. Continued use of DIYVDO after an update means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
