1. Agreement and Scope

DIYVDO is operated by OPTIMYSTIX DIGITECH PVT LTD. References to “DIYVDO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean OPTIMYSTIX DIGITECH PVT LTD. and the DIYVDO services it operates.

These Terms of Paid Generations are supplemental to DIYVDO’s applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, usage rules, and any written account, team, enterprise, or commercial agreement that applies to your account. By using paid balances, generation units, prompt optimization, image generation, video generation, or other paid features in DIYVDO, you agree to these Terms.

If these Terms conflict with feature-specific pricing, a written enterprise agreement, or a specific notice shown in the product interface, the more specific rule will control for that feature or account.

DIYVDO balances are usage units for platform features. They are not money, stored value, virtual currency, cryptocurrency, securities, prepaid payment instruments, or transferable cash value.

2. Definitions

  • Paid Generations means use of DIYVDO features that consume balance units, including image generation, video generation, prompt optimization, and other paid creative features made available inside the studio.
  • Balance or Units means the internal account allocation used to access paid features. Units are displayed in your account balance pill and may be assigned, purchased, granted, adjusted, or removed according to platform rules.
  • Generation means a submitted request to create, optimize, transform, render, publish, or otherwise process creative output through DIYVDO.
  • Input means prompts, scripts, references, uploaded images, uploaded videos, uploaded audio, element data, character locks, style locks, and other data you provide.
  • Output means generated or processed images, videos, prompts, metadata, CDN URLs, previews, or related assets returned through DIYVDO.

3. Account Access and Eligibility

You must be logged into an authorized DIYVDO account to use paid generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all generation activity performed through your account.

DIYVDO may restrict, suspend, or terminate paid feature access if we believe an account is being misused, shared without authorization, used in violation of law, used to overload the service, or used in a way that may harm DIYVDO, its users, third-party providers, or the public.

4. Current Unit Costs

DIYVDO may show or calculate the estimated cost of a generation before submission. The cost may depend on workflow, selected model, input type, reference assets, duration, and other generation settings.

Feature Visible Model / Action Current Unit Cost
Image generation LEYGEN 1.0 or LEYGENX 1.0 1 unit per image generation request.
Prompt optimization Prompt optimization using the configured AI proxy 1 unit per optimization request.
Video generation OPTIV 1.0 2 units per video generation request.
Video generation OPTIV 2.0, normal text-to-video or image-to-video 4 units per request.
Video generation with video input OPTIV 2.0 with video reference input 6 units per request.
Video generation with image and video input OPTIV 2.0 with both image and video reference inputs 8 units per request.

Costs may change as models, providers, durations, resolutions, commercial terms, quality modes, or platform features change. Updated pricing may apply to future requests after the update is shown or published.

5. Balances, Grants, and Validity

Units may be allocated to an account by an administrator, organization, promotion, internal ledger, spreadsheet, manual adjustment, purchase, or other approved method. Units are linked to the account or team for which they were issued and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, rented, sublicensed, exchanged, withdrawn, or converted into cash unless DIYVDO expressly permits it in writing.

DIYVDO may set validity periods, expiration dates, monthly allocations, promotional expiration rules, or account-specific usage limits. If no expiration is displayed, units remain subject to account status, platform availability, provider availability, applicable law, and any written agreement governing the account.

6. Deductions and Failed Requests

DIYVDO may check your balance before a paid request and may deduct units after a request is submitted, accepted, completed, or otherwise processed depending on the relevant workflow. Some features may consume units even if the resulting creative output is not suitable for your intended use, because compute, third-party API usage, hosting, or processing resources may already have been consumed.

If a request fails due to a verified platform-side error before meaningful processing begins, DIYVDO may restore units, rerun the request, provide an alternative remedy, or take no action depending on the circumstances. Errors caused by invalid prompts, unsupported files, user cancellation, network interruptions, account misuse, content policy violations, third-party provider refusal, or unsupported use cases may still consume units.

7. Output Quality, Availability, and Review

AI generation is probabilistic. DIYVDO does not guarantee that any output will satisfy your creative intent, match a prompt exactly, preserve continuity perfectly, be commercially usable, be free from artifacts, or be available without delay. Duration, quality, resolution, availability, and generation speed may vary by provider, model, prompt, input asset, traffic, and technical conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, publication, distribution, client delivery, or commercial exploitation. You are also responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs comply with applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, advertising standards, union/production requirements, and any content-use restrictions that apply to your project.

8. Account Records and Asset History

DIYVDO may record generation history, asset URLs, output type, selected model, song length where applicable, audio files where applicable, duration, final prompt, start-frame images, reference assets, input types, cost, timestamps, and related metadata. These records help display asset history, reconcile balances, troubleshoot generations, and verify paid usage.

If you believe your balance or usage history is incorrect, contact the DIYVDO administrator with the relevant username, approximate time, model, prompt, and asset URL if available. Verified errors may be corrected at DIYVDO’s discretion.

9. Restrictions on Paid Features

You may not:

  • Use paid features to violate applicable law, third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, trademark, or contractual restrictions.
  • Share, sell, transfer, rent, or trade your account, units, balance, or access credentials without authorization.
  • Attempt to bypass balance checks, pricing controls, usage limits, provider restrictions, security controls, or content-safety systems.
  • Use automation, scraping, credential sharing, or abnormal request patterns to overload DIYVDO or its providers.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable platform rules.

10. Refunds, Reversals, and Adjustments

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, paid balances, used units, generation costs, separately purchased services, and administrative allocations are non-refundable and non-transferable. DIYVDO may, in its discretion, issue credits, balance adjustments, reruns, or other remedies for verified technical issues.

DIYVDO may freeze, reverse, adjust, or remove units if they were issued in error, obtained through unauthorized means, associated with payment failure or chargeback, connected to suspicious activity, or used in violation of these Terms.

11. Feature and Provider Changes

DIYVDO depends on internal systems and third-party providers for certain paid features. Models, endpoints, durations, resolutions, pricing, speed, quality, availability, and provider terms may change. A feature may be modified, suspended, replaced, or discontinued due to business needs, technical upgrades, provider changes, policy changes, legal requirements, or security concerns.

If a paid feature is changed or discontinued, DIYVDO may offer alternative features, convert balances, adjust pricing, or provide other accommodations at its discretion, but is not obligated to compensate for unused access unless required by law or agreed in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

DIYVDO may update these Terms of Paid Generations from time to time. Updates may reflect new features, new models, new unit costs, provider changes, legal requirements, or business operations. The “Last updated” date above indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of paid features after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
